Okay, here is what I found out today. . . even though the user field are set as "required" I am still able to submit a ticket??Why is that. . Shouldn't an error be generated telling me that I must input something in that field. That is the purpose of a "required" field.I was able to submit a ticket without a user name and a phone number even though they both are set as "requried".Is there a system setting that is misconfigured ??? thanks again.David.
