Ok, so I've looked thru all the threads and just don't understand why the attachments are failing when creating a ticket via API (with 1.9.8.1).I've eliminated all possible path/permission issues. The ticket gets generated, but the attachment shows: File Import Error / Unable to save fileFiles are being stored in the database, and attachments via inbound emails work fine.This is the array that's being json encoded and sent via the cURL call.Array

)Again, everything works fine except for the attachment.osT is setup to allow 52mb files (this one is about 700K), all image types (.jpg, .jpeg, etc are all added to the accept list), etcI can attach the same image to an email sent to the account checked by osT and it works fine.Im stumped.
