I just installed 1.9.9-1-gbe2f138, and even after disabling the notifications/alerts for a department upon a new ticket being created, the admin user was still receiving notifications upon new ticket creation.Departments: http://imgshr.tk/vHrflAlerts and Notices: http://imgshr.tk/9tdxXSo, the question is - is the setting in Departments actually needed or working as designed - or, does it need to be re-thought as to not give a false impression when you select "No one (disables Alerts and Notices)"?
