As I was reading a setup guide you provided on how to setup cron/task scheduler, it mentions email piping. I was curious how could you setup the helpdesk to get emails without POP3/IMAP?

Hello,
I am using osticket 1.9.12. I am able to send mail to the application and tickets get created but for some unknown reasons the tickets are not assigned to the individual/department configured as auto-assigned for the tickets via e-mail. Can someone help me out.
Please start your own thread, not highjack someone else's.
