I am using osTicket v1.8.10, Apache Server Software, 5.3.29 PHP Version, 5.5.32 MySQL Version, all PHP Extensions checked, etc. This is a new, fresh/clean install of osTicket.When I have a customer submit a new ticket, I get the single ticket notification. I log in and respond to their ticket using the scp. When I click Post Reply, the person who opened the ticket (no one is CC'd, etc.) receives TWO emails saying I posted a response. How can I get them to only get the one response?I have narrowed it down to see that they are receiving a notification from the Response/Reply Template and the New Activity Notice Template. Why are both of these templates sending out a message to the one and only person on the ticket?
