Good day,I have just upgraded to ver v1.9.9-1-gbe2f138, but this problem existed before the upgrade. I have three maintenance departs, each with their own email address. All three departments can receive tickets if they are submitted on the user portal. Departments B and C can receive tickets if submitted via email. The user and each agent is notified via mail and the new row is created in the ost_ticket table. However if a ticket is submitted via mail to the email address for department A, the user and the agent are notified, a new ticket number is assigned, but nothing is added to the ost_ticket table and an invalid ticket ID error is displayed when the login link is followed from the new ticket alert mail.System is running on Ubuntu Linux 14.04.2 with Apache 2.4.7, MySQL 5.5.43 and PHP5.I have confirmed that I can log into the mailbox of the Department A. It does retrieve the mail from this mailbox - and deletes the mail once collected, but it is still not adding the new ticket row to the os_ticket table. Any thoughts?
