First I tried to calling the cron.php from the controlpanel cron-job, but it seems like the server for cron-jobs and webserver is different, since it doesnt work. The cron-job say it successfully run, and the only thing I find in the logfile where osTicket is located is telling me is this after each time the cron-job is finish;cron1.xdomainx.net - - "GET /api/cron.php HTTP/1.1" 200 68So then I tried the rcron.phpMaybe I misunderstand something, but in the API Keys I added the IP adress for cron1.xdomainx.net (since this for me looks like the client running the cron-job) into the IP in API Keys, and the generated API key in the rcron.php where it should be; 'url'=>'http://cc.mydomain.com/api/tasks/cron', 'key'=>'FAKEAPIKEYFAKEAPIKEY' );This is correct because my osTicket is located in the cc.mydomain.com.The rcron.php I saved in the /api/ folder same place where cron.php is stored.And I command the cron-job service in my hosted web to run http://cc.mydomain.com/api/rcron.php every 5 minutes...But now I don't find any log file to check what it answerd, but I tried to use another external cron-job for run it (I then changed the IP and API keys in rcron.php before I run it one more time) and then it answered this;HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found Date: Thu, 18 Jun 2015 02 GMT Server: Apache/2.2.22 (Ubuntu) X-Powered-By: PHP/5.3.10-1ubuntu3.18 Vary: Accept-Encoding Connection: close Transfer-Encoding: chunked Content-Type: text/html No input file specified.The cron-job in my controlpanel just answer that it run "successfully", even if I set it to run rcron.phpI'm sorry, but I'm not very good with this cron-jobs and how everything works. It though this solution was pretty straight forword, but something weird happening :) Hope you can help me ,and I hope I provided you with the correct and enough infomation to help us!Thank you!I can add that I'm in osTicket admin I only checked the "Fetching" option, not auto cron-job.Settings > Emails > Incoming Emails: > Email Fetching: EnableWhen I turn of my cron-job, and try to use the "auto-cron job" option in the admin panel, I receive emails and tickets are generated. So that part is working.But when I turn of the "Fetch on auto-cron" it stop fetching email.This is how admin is set-up when I try to let the cron-job do the fetching job;
