Hi All,
I did a fresh install (to make sure I did to test a couple to see if I made a install mistake) After the instal I setup a ticket and tried to change the open status to somenthing else. When I click the dropdown, notching happens.
When I go to settings, tickets, default status, open is showing. When I go to the ticket status list, all the status are showing like close, archived, deleted etc. Is this a known problem? is this problem solved before? who can help or point to the right discussion.
