Knowledge Base - Public vs. Private

I am creating FAQ and other knowledgebase items.

I see there are 2 levels of visibility: Public and Private

The Private is visible to agents only.

I think it would be great if there were 3 levels:

  1. Public
  2. Registered Users
  3. Agents Only

  • Is there anywhere to track if this is on the road-map?   I see it as an absolutely essential feature for my application.  Even better would be visibility based on group membership, but this proposed solution would be a great start!
