I have gone through the configuration process to setup email polling through this guide:http://osticket.com/wiki/POP3/IMAP_Setting_GuideThe osticket installation runs on an Ubuntu VM, while the email used for this purpose is hosting in a hosted Exchange environment remotely. It does appear to connect to the mail server in the email setup page, however, when I attempt to enable 'Fetching' in the email settings I arrive at this error:'Invalid or unknown mail folder!'This happens either with setting up a directory for this purpose, or allowing the script to try to create it, also with setting this to the inbox.I suspect a permissions issue on the Exchange server? Anyone else run into this?
