Yes I tested the account via the web and it works 100%.In the meantime I resolved the problem, and it is quite simple yes.The problem was with my AZURE enpoints (Firewall).I originally opened all ports relating to SMTPS 587 and IMAPS 993 because it seemed obvious to me that the osticket system will send and receive email by using SMTPS and IMAPS. This however is not the case and it seems that OSTicket somehow connects to the "outlook.com" "activesync" server using HTTPS, in exactly the same way you would when using the actual web browser.So, by opening the AZURE endpoint HTTPS port 443, resoveld the problem.Thanks and have a great day!Martin
