I have a question, is there a way to add more info on the ticket thread rather than just the answer with the name of the agent.
Concrete case : I have a ticket created, there is the end user in need of help and i added 2 collaborators. At first i reply to the end user and the collaborators, and at some point ,i reply only to the end user, by unchecking the collaborators box .
It's all fine and dandy, but let's say, 2 months later, how can i tell to whom i sent which answer? The thread is lacking these info, it just display the answer and agent name.
If anyone has an idea or a tip, i'd be glad,
