No idea, to be honest. I guess the best way to learn is to chime in here.I work for a large public University in the College of Public Health. Our total user base is roughly 500 people, with an average of 200 tickets per month. We expanded functionality of our OST-based IT ticket system to allow for HR, Business, and other service requests (Facilities, Space, etc..). In total, we have 12 Agents and pull in our users via Active Directory. The system has been online since last August and we have approx 1.5GB total in attachments (Mostly PDFs, PPTs, and images).
