Hi,we do the same here with info from LDAP. Since the osTicket plugin system is not fully implemented yet, nor there is an official guide on how to build a plugin, we developed our own solution.What we basically did is to create some scripts that automatically gather data from LDAP and write them into the osTicket database. We know that this kind of data manipulation is kinda risky, but as long as the database structure stays untouched (for the tables we use) it's the best way and we can always update.We created several new fields under "Admin Panel > Manage > Forms > Contact Information" like "Office" or "Computers" which will then be filled from LDAP and our internal IT Asset database. I think with a bit knowledge of mysql and php it should be easy to modify the script that it will sync the data from your CRM system into osTicket.Anyway, before you start testing, please test this on a test installation of osTicket and not on your live system.
