Hi,
I have created a new field called "Fixed Price Quote" in custom forms and ticket details.
But for some reason after I enter an amount in this field it is wiped out.
I keep a excel extract of these tickets for backup purposes and found that only some of the tickets had cleared this field.
Is there a bug in the system that is clearing the values out of custom fields?
This is the version we are using: v1.9.5.1-2-gd700d4e (d700d4e)
