Thanks Chefkeks and ntozier. Yeah, I noticed that, the guy adversiting it didn't even reply when you asked him to commit his changes. However, I see that ost+ is licensed GPL so... can't we just analyze the code ourselves and submit the changes we are insterested in? If yes, what do ostickets devs think about this? I love use osticket and I always have used the official version, but this particular customer's project, I badly need custom "submit ticket" forms depending on the website and company.I was also wondering if anyone has achieved that using stock osticket. What I need is to be able to provide a link to a front-end especifically designed for a company, and that all the tickets submitted there go to the right department (I would be using the departments as company since I don't need more than one department) Or another alternative would be to have customers register and that somehow in the registration process they get added to COMPANY X, and that when they submit their tickets using the standard form all those tikcets go the company x department.Best Regards,Marvin Méndez
