Unfortunately, as far as I know, this is not possible currently within osTicket.So my suggestion is to create a rule on the mail server that all incoming mails will be marked as "not spam", so they don't get moved to the spam folder.
@[deleted] nope. But if you move the email from the spam folder to your inbox, and make sure that its unread it will get picked up on the next poll.
