Hi, I'm getting return messages, stating the mail could not be delivered. My clients get these all the time. I'm running ost 1.9.6.How do I fix this? See attached file for the return message.

Now running osTicket (v1.9.8.1)Problem still exists. My host is claiming php.ini file is configured like discriped in: osticket.com/wiki/Email_Piping#Mail_delivery_failedHelp appriciated!

Problem has been soved. class.format.php has been updated. I'm unable to check wether it's been changed. Have not enough knowledge :-(Maybe it contains a fix you're interested in.

Yes, My hosting support has added @ sign where stripslashes function was executed.
@ sign hides the warning, thus resolving the php error returned to clients
Would be gratefull if this fixed can be applied on class.format.php file in next release!
