I've read through http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//http-passthru#latest. Right off the bat I am confused as to where this is actually taking place:
"You create an osTicket user / staff account by typing in the username from the AD/LDAP user in the field "username"
If this is in the Agent Panel > User Directory then I am good to go. All my users are there.
The rest is Apache related but I think I can figure out rewrites in ISS. I am testing by going directly to upload/scp/tickets.php and I am still getting prompted to login.
In ISS I have Windows authentication set at the site level and have even set it at server level. Here is my configuration.
