Allowing ticket assignment only to Groups, or to users within the same department
As it is, allowing a user to Assign tickets enables them to choose any user in the system. I'd like to limit that list to only users within their own department, and to any Groups.
Is this available somehow, and if not, how could I modify the code to accomplish that?
