I have added a custom field to the Ticket Details form called "Severity". The values for this field are defined via a list called "Severities". When I set the field "type" on the form for "Severity" to "Severities" from the drop down, the field in the customer UI works as expected and shows the list of values in the drop down. If I try to pass one of these values through the ticket creation API it flags that "Severity" is a required field. No matter what I pass I get:API Error (400)Unable to create new ticket: validation errors: 34: Severity is a required field err: Missing or invalid data - check the errors and try again *
If I change the type of the field on the form to "Choices" instead of "Severities" the API works. Unfortunately this removes the drop down list from the UI for customers. Any thoughts on how I can have the API and the UI use a list of values for this custom field?Thanks in advance.
