My clients are repeatedly having trouble that when they submit a ticket , after they click submit the loading icon comes on and stays there for a very long time.Sometimes it stops and displays an error "unable to save draft" and still submits a ticket any idea what could be causing this?could it have to do with the draft saving function ?
