Searched the forum and did not find what I am looking for. Is there a way to add a ticket to the knowledge base? When a user starts a ticket, it is associated with a topic. I figured when the issue was closed it would be added to that topic and searchable in the knowledge base. I know the user can look at there old tickets, but if the issue was a general question I want every user to be able to see the solution.
