Have the ability to natively attach responses to the tickets from email? For example. I receive an alert via email using Outlook. I reply to end user, will my reply be attached to the ticket for record keeping?
So nobody knows if 1.7 attaches replies via email to the original ticket? That's the biggest feature missing since earlier versions... Has it been overlooked again?

osTicket, for security related reasons, doesn't support staff replies via email - but it's planned. Users can open and reply to tickets via email if enabled.
I believe that there is also a mod here in the forums that does enable this type of response.
