Yes, its a fresh install. I have installed it in this manner :
public_html / directory1 / directory2 / directory3 /
Now, when my visitor wants to open a ticket, he will have to type all the name of the directories besides support.mydomain.com/.../
So, can I make some changes so that my visitors can directly see my osTicket by browsing support.mydomain.com only?

You installed it already. Now you want to move it. If you were asking how to install it the first time, that would be a fresh install. This is a MOVE.Before you MOVE it, be sure to change the Helpdesk URL URL (Admin | Settings | System) to reflect the new directory. This step part of the setup for a fresh install, so that's why I asked the question.Jack
