Hi,as some other here I've cutomers where have no eMail address. They must put the tickets in a kiosk system. But they are namely known so we can give them an username in an customer account, we speak about 1000 User, so I want not setup so many useless eMail accounts.Now the question: I've read that it's in the queue, have you any idea when there will be a osTicket version without requested customer eMail accounts?
