We are running OST 1.9.5.1 in an open environment (no registration). We have users that are asking if there is a way for them to look at current and past tickets that they have opened. Now sure if this can be done?
give them accounts, and have them log in.They can see their full ticket history that way.
Is there way to take a user account who is listed as guest and change it into a physical account?
You mean like the Agent Panel -> Users tab?
