I am suddenly locked-out of my OS Ticket installation and cannot log-in. I get an access denied message. My help desk is also showing as offline. How do I rescue it?
Can you edit the database directly?If so run a query like this:update ost_staff set passwd = md5('yournewpassword') where username='YOURuserNAME';
Oh dear - the database is empty! I suppose it is back to square 1. Presumably my installation was hacked.
