Sounds maybe not promising, but had that problem once after an upgrade too.All images (company logo, email attached images, canned response logos, etc.) looked like that. I "solved" it by doing nothing and just using osTicket normally - so maybe try to clear your browsers cache or restart/reload your web server. Still don't know what happened back these days, but since it solved automatically I think it had something to do with the cache of the browser or the web server which were then updated/refreshed in the background automatically.
