Hi,
I am having difficulty to understand what is the use of Archived for Ticket Status (Admin Panel -> Manage -> Lists -> Items -> Archived )? From the Properties button, it is written 'Tickets only adminstratively available but no longer accessible on ticket queues and client panel.' How to make use of it for the submitted ticket? I am using osTicket v1.9.5.1.
Any explanation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
