I've taken snapshot of tickets in "ERP Department", according to that 04 tickets are "Open" and 02 tickets are "Assigned". Refer "Tickets.jpg"In "Dashboard" shows same details. Refer "Statistics before assign tickets to vajira.jpg".I've re-assigned ticket "158616" to "Vajira'. Refer "158616 assigned to vajira.jpg"After assigned ticket to "Vajira", dashboard shows "Assigned" tickets 03. Refer "Statistics after assign tickets to vajira.jpg"How should different between "158616 assigned to vajira.jpg" and "Statistics after assign tickets to vajira.jpg" ?, According to snapshots it should be 02 because still remain assigned tickets 02. In OSTicket re-assigning or new assigning taking as new ticket and get the counting, Is it?Please note "Open" ticket shows as 03 in Statistics but it should be 04, Is it?
