Yes, I understand that filters only apply to new tickets. The requirements were "All new tickets to XYZ@domain.com should be assigned to Team XYZ". Using your filter I made some modifications, attempting to catch all inbound emails for XYZ@Domain.com.The Regex noted should catch all lowercase letters, which should catch 99.99% of what I'm looking for, and that's good enough for me.
