Custom ticket statusses

Hi Guys,

I have question, how can i add a custom ticket status ?

  • I found it and did add some extra statusses, but is there a way to add the status ON-HOLD.

  • Admin panel -> Manage -> Lists -> Ticket Statuses

    You can add any statuses that you want.
