I have installed the server, and it is running fine, however I am not getting any messages once I submitted a ticket, or assign one to a staff member.
Did I miss something in the configuration?

In the Admin Panel, did you enable the "New message" and "New ticket" under "Autoresponders (Global Setting)"? Also look at the "Alerts & Notices" part.
Keep in mind that the autoresponders are a global setting which can be set differently for each department.

I have all of the above enabled. Still not getting mail.....
What does it use to send mail? Is it using a php script? Does it send via SMTP via localhost setting somewhere?
