Blank Page, after gmail smtp configure

Hi! I'm trying the osticket software and i have some trouble to getting thru.

I configue the main email address so it can receive incoming mails, and it work just fine.

The problem was when i try to configure the smtp settings of the same email address to send notificacion or answers to the ticket. When I click on submit button it takes like 3 minutes to show a blank page. :confused:

In other words when I configure the smtp settings for my gmail account i get a blank page.

This is the data I put into the smtp settings

port: 465
Auth: Yes
