Hello,I am setting up 1.9.4 and having troubles with the new ticket email to the user (requestor).- I am using IMAP to retrieve the support emails emails- I am using the PHP mailer to send out alerts, and responses.- The agent receives the new ticket alert email, but the requestor/user does not- I have checked that auto-responder for the user is on- There seems to be no message sent by the php mailer, to the mail queue of the server for the user.- I am able to send the user an email through the Diagnostics section, however ticket replies and such are not received by the user.- The user if they try to register, receives a registration confirmation emailAny thoughts? I have been scratching my head for ages.
