if guests want to see the ticket status, thy will get the message "access denied". I have set the option "Tickets can be see by guests, not by accounts". But it didn't works.I have testet it and found the problem but i ditnt know how i can fix it. The ticket status is use the valables (email->ost_ticket->user_email_id and ticket-id->ost_ticket->ticket-id/number). In the field "user_email_id" all tickets have value "0". When "user_email_id" is like the value of ""default_email_id" in table "user_email" the it works.But what can i do that when a ticket is created that "default_email_id" == "user_email_id" ?
