osTicket Versionv1.9.4 (c18eac4)Web Server SoftwareApache/2.4.6 (CentOS) PHP/5.4.16MySQL Version5.5.37PHP Version5.4.16Hi All,so here is the story: I am using AD plugin. User has log in ID for our company but doesn't have email set up on our end. However user has email with different company that has nothing to do with our company. So user logs into the ticket center and opens up a ticket. Ticket comes as first user on the list opened it. Not the actual user that logged in. Strange, right? Well, this is not the strangest part yet. I do not see who the user is as i expected the ticket from original user. So i respond on the ticket. Original user that logged in gets the response on the email that has nothing to do with our company's email, because he does not have email set up in our company but outside (in third party company). Only thing he has is user name and password in AD. How in the world did he get my response on his outside email? Can someone confirm that this is/not a bug? Can someone test this in similar setup?I am not that concerned about him getting email on other email address. I will track this down via exchange logs. What i am concerned about is, did i discovered a bug, where, if user has credentials set in AD but not email, will system automatically default to first person on the list of users as he is putting the ticket?
