Set Default Drop Down

Hi Folks,

I need to have default values set when staff create a new ticket.
Would like Ticket Source to be Phone and Department Support.
I've tried editing staff/newticket.inc.php but not having great success.

Here is the original code:

<tr>
<td align=\"left\"><b>Ticket Source:</b></td>
<td>
<select name=\"Select Source\">
<option value=\"\" selected >Select Source</option>
<option value=\"Phone\" <?=($info['source']=='Phone')?'selected':''?>>Phone</option>
<option value=\"Email\" <?=($info['source']=='Email')?'selected':''?>>Email</option>
<option value=\"Other\" <?=($info['source']=='Other')?'selected':''?>>Other</option>
</select>
&nbsp;<font class=\"error\"><b>*</b>&nbsp;<?=$errors['source']?></font>
</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td align=\"left\"><b>Department:</b></td>
<td>
<select name=\"deptId\">
<option value=\"\" selected >Select Department</option>
<?
$services= db_query('SELECT dept_id,dept_name FROM '.DEPT_TABLE.' ORDER BY dept_name');
while (list($deptId,$dept) = db_fetch_row($services)){
$selected = ($info['deptId']==$deptId)?'selected':''; ?>
<option value=\"<?=$deptId?>\"<?=$selected?>><?=$dept?></option>
<?
}?>
</select>
&nbsp;<font class=\"error\"><b>*</b>&nbsp;<?=$errors['deptId']?></font>
</td>
</tr>
<tr>

Any help greatly appreciated.
