You don't want the email to go to team members, but to a single email address? You could create a "generic user" like "Help Desk Mgr" and make that user your "Department Manager". Then, in Admin | Settings | Alerts & Notices, select the "Department Manager" to receive whatever emails you want to go there.Jack
