Hi,
I am running OSTicket 1.94 (stable). The issue I am encountering was present in my previous version of 1.91. I upgraded to 1.94 in an attempt to resolve the issue, but to no avail.
In the Agent panel, with the Tickets tab selected, and then Closed tickets selected I can see all the closed tickets no problem.
If I then choose Export I am given the error ' Query token not found '. This issue DOES NOT present itself with open tickets, only closed tickets.
So to clarify, what I'm trying to do is export all of my closed tickets to a .CSV so I can report on work completed / closed tickets.
This problem also exhibits itself if I choose Overdue tickets too.
