Hello,I'm currently having issues setting up ticket filters based on custom user data. I have a field of type 'Choices', and a ticket filter rule matching the content of this field.However, the filter rules never seems to actually match, no matter what type of rule I try to configure. I have even tried a regular expression to match about any possible content of the field, without luck. I have also tried ruling out my filter rules as the cause by altering the type of the field to 'Short answer', and setting up a simple rule matching the exact content of the field, still without the desired effect.This is the format used for the Choices list:0:-1 12 23 3In this particular instance I am trying to setup a filter matching 'Type 2'.
