As such I have moved it to "Installation and Setup Help".The easiest way to do this is to go to:Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Details.Note the values in the Variable field that you added.Then add those to the email template at: Admin panel -> Emails -> Templates -> YourInUseTemplate -> Which ever message templates you want to change.Once there you simply add %{ticket.VARIABLE} where VARIABLE is the ones you noted earlier.
