Hi, I would rather have OSTicket send all e-mail notifications about everything to one e-mail address, but it won't let me. I have my own website, and no staff, so I am the 'admin' as well as the 'support'. I've only just installed OSTicket, but now I find that the New Ticket Alerts seem to have to go to yet another, different e-mail, meaning I have to check three e-mail addresses. Is there any way to change this? Why would anybody want New Ticket Alerts to go anywhere other than the support or admin e-mail? And why wouldn't some people want to use one e-mail address for support and admin? These are genuine questions, I am obviously missing the reasoning behind this.
