Knowledgebase exposed api's

Does the knowledge base have an API exposed that we can use to index all of the information we put into the knowledge base and run our own searches against?


  • The only API at this time is for opening tickets, so the answer to your question is No not yet.  However it has been mentioned a few times that the API will be revisted to provide it with more functionality that is really needed.
