Thanks guys, but I think I'm confusing everyone.
Let me try and explain it more clearly.
For example let's say a ticket is logged via one of the many help topics I have on osticket and this is logged by a user, an email is triggered to confirm the ticket is logged for the person that is set to receive these email notifications which include the ticket number. Then let's say I assign the ticket to someone(staff) and that someone need to email the person that created the ticket....what I would like to do is let the staff go into so ticket hit reply and be able to email the person who created the ticket via osticket and the email to be tracked on the ticket as an email trail and the emails to be sent out by the staff in questions email address.. I hope I haven confused everyone even more
