As ntozier said, this really isn't an osTicket issue. And you haven't given use anywhere near enough information to troubleshoot it. We don't know if your other ZenCart sites are on the same server. We don't know if you're using virtual hosts. We don't know WHERE in the httpd.conf file you put this code.To troubleshoot it properly, we'd have to get deep into how your websites are set up--all of them, if they're all on the same instance of apache. And we'd need to examine all your included conf files (in conf.d, vhosts.d, etc.). All of that is really way outside the scope of this forum, and you can probably find more Apache expertise elsewhere.I'm not using .htaccess, I'm using httpd.conf. ... The .htaccess files won't have any effect on my server, now that I've put
AllowOverride None
into the httpd.conf file (which is the correct way to control what was previously controlled via .htaccess files, so I have been lead to believe.)
There is no universal "correct way". There are perfectly appropriate situations where using a .htaccess file makes more sense than putting things into httpd.conf (or an included conf file) and having to restart the web server for every such change.Jack
