Thanks for the reply.I have checked ticket filters and they are not what I want exactly. These can be used to auto assign tickets but what I want is to filter the staff list according to a specif field.Let me explain:We have 2 websites that I have added to the OST as departments (Department A, Department B). In each of the websites there is a contact form that has the same fields with the OST form for a new ticket and an additional one called "Country". I have created a custom list and added it to the "Ticket Details" form of OST called "Country" as well. When a user sends an email through that contact form, a new ticket is submitted in the OST and it assigned to the appropriate department (either A or B, depending on the website that sent the email).Now, in each department I have about 100 associates as staff and one employee of ours as department manager. His job is to go to each of the new tickets and according to the country assign the ticket to the appropriate associate. As you can understand it is very difficult to have such a big list in the assignment field and I would like to filter it somehow.So I was wondering if it possible to have a field for each of the staff members called "Country" and when I click on the assign list it will only display the staff members that have the same country with the ticket.I hope that this makes better sense!Is something like this possible?
