Hello,
I'm experiencing an issue with the email link provided with the built-in function %{recipient.ticket_link} (The guest access link for a ticket). I have this function in a link in an auto-responder email template, however the link it generates appears to be percent encoded. For example the link that will be emailed will be something such as:(website root)/view.php?auth=o1xbaaaaaataaaaaXjbqYLqdK3HcUA%3D%3DThis url simply redirects to the default client-side page.Putting this url through a URL Decoder service such as this one reveals the correct and functioning URL:(website root)/view.php?auth=o1xbaaaaaataaaaaXjbqYLqdK3HcUA==
I feel that it is likely due to the equals character being generated in the key in the URL meaning that this issue is probably infrequent.Below is my server information according to the osTicket Information Page:osTicket Versionv1.9.4-rc2 (9f54e67)Server SoftwareApache/2.2.24 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.24 OpenSSL/1.0.0-fipsPHP Version 5.5.11MySQL Version 5.1.73PHP Extensionsgdlib Used for image manipulation and PDF printingimap Used for email fetchingxml XML APIxml-dom Used for HTML email processingjson Improves performance creating and processing JSONmbstring Highly recommended for non western european language contentphar Highly recommended for plugins and language packsPHP Settings cgi.fix_pathinfo = 1 "1" is recommended if AJAX is not working
