v1.9.4-rc2Hi Guys,With the latest version I notice the addition of Resolved, Archived and Deleted status for messages.2 Questions:1) How do I control what users can and cannot see in relation to the above. For example "resolved" has confused many people my end, so how to I stop people using this option when closing tickets or access this section in general. Also how would I activate and enable Archived?2) What the standard definitions and rules applied to these groups, and there intended purpose. I know this sounds obvious but for example a tickets behavior inside resolved is quite obviously different to one in closed.Keep up the good work!Alex.
